PAI provides AI-powered assistant functionality, including reminders, scheduling assistance, conversational interactions, task management, calendar integrations, notifications, SMS-based interactions, and productivity tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you can legally enter into these Terms, the information you provide is accurate, and you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You may be required to provide a valid phone number, email address, authentication credentials, and access permissions for integrations.

You are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding credentials, and all activity occurring under your account.

By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive messages related to reminders, assistant responses, scheduling, notifications, account activity, and service operations.

Message frequency varies based on user activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.

You agree not to use the Services to violate laws, send spam or unsolicited messages, harass or abuse others, distribute malware, impersonate others, engage in fraud, interfere with platform operations, or transmit unlawful or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

The Services use artificial intelligence systems that may generate inaccurate information, misunderstand requests, or produce incomplete or incorrect outputs.

AI outputs are provided as is. Important decisions should be independently verified, and the Services are not a substitute for professional advice.

The Services are not intended for emergency communications, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis response. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including Twilio, Google Calendar, email providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI model providers.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, data handling by third parties, or changes to external APIs or platforms. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms.

Certain features may require payment. You agree to pay applicable subscription fees, usage fees, taxes, and governmental charges. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, designs, interfaces, and documentation, remain the property of PAI or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, store, and analyze your content solely for purposes of operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide such content.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. The Services may experience downtime, delays, interruptions, maintenance periods, and carrier delivery failures. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, we suspect abuse or unlawful activity, or continued access creates risk or liability. You may stop using the Services at any time.

The Services are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAI shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PAI during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAI and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable state, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. Users waive the right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
