Google Calendar Help

Effective Date: September 20, 2026

Use this page to connect or disconnect Google Calendar, manage the optional daily agenda, understand deletion and retention, and get support.

Connect Google Calendar

Start from PAI's Google Calendar connection screen. Review the disclosure, then choose either Connect and enable the daily agenda, Connect without a daily agenda, or Do not connect. No choice is selected in advance. PAI requests exactly openid and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned and restricts Calendar operations to your primary Google Calendar.

Disconnect Google Calendar

Use the Calendar control on your PAI account page. Disconnecting disables Calendar access and the daily agenda, requests Google authorization revocation, removes local OAuth tokens, and starts cleanup of temporary connected-calendar artifacts. If a revocation or cleanup step cannot finish immediately, PAI keeps the connection disabled and retries the remaining cleanup.

Revoke Access in Your Google Account

You can also remove PAI from Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revoking there, disconnect PAI or contact support so PAI can remove its local encrypted token record and temporary Calendar artifacts.

Manage the Daily Agenda

The daily agenda is optional and remains off unless you explicitly enable it. You may enable or disable it and change its delivery time from your account settings. Disconnecting Google Calendar or deleting your PAI account turns the agenda off.

Delete Your PAI Account

Use the account deletion control if available or contact [email protected]. Account deletion disables connected services, requests Google revocation, removes local OAuth tokens, and starts deletion of Calendar artifacts and other account data that is not required for a limited legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, consent, or support purpose.

Retention and Copies Outside PAI

PAI keeps temporary Calendar action data only for the active request or supported 24-hour undo period, followed by automated cleanup. Deletion from PAI's active systems does not recall an SMS already delivered to a device. Provider logs, backups, subprocessors, and infrastructure backups may follow separate lifecycles that require external operational or contractual evidence; PAI does not claim immediate deletion from every copy.

AI and Model Training

PAI does not send raw or derived Google API data to OpenAI and does not use connected-calendar data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. User-origin content outside Google Calendar is governed by the full Privacy Policy; contact [email protected] to opt out of any future eligible internal training use.

Get Support

For connection, revocation, deletion, retention, or privacy questions, email [email protected]. Do not send OAuth tokens, authorization codes, passwords, or private Calendar content in a support request.
